Celebrating the Success of Our 4IR Learnership Graduates

Group T Mining is proud to celebrate the recent Graduation Ceremony of our learners from the 4IR Learnership Programme: IT Technical Support Level 4.

The programme, launched on 23 June 2025, was hosted across our three training centres — Lime Acres, Magobing, and Kuruman — and empowered 79 unemployed learners with the essential digital and technical skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving world of technology.

Over the duration of the learnership, participants successfully completed multiple accredited modules, including Mathematics Literacy and several SAQA Unit Standards in financial mathematics, geometry, and statistics — achieving a combined 56 credits.

The dedication and commitment of both our facilitators and learners ensured the successful completion of the programme. Learners also began using electronic Portfolios of Evidence (e-POEs), marking a major step toward digital learning integration.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Group T has proposed the rollout of a Learning Management System (LMS) to give learners access to personal learning portals — ensuring even greater accessibility and progress tracking in future programmes.

The graduation ceremony celebrated not only academic success but also the growth, resilience, and determination of each learner. We extend our warmest congratulations to all our graduates who have worked tirelessly to achieve this milestone.

This initiative reflects Group T’s ongoing dedication to skills development, youth empowerment, and digital readiness within the mining communities we serve.

Together, we are shaping a future where technology, learning, and opportunity go hand in hand.
